The Anchor Pub at Streethay which was a regular social venue for all RAF personnel at Lichfield during WW11. Nearby was Trent Valley Station and the Pub was en route to the billets on the south side of the airfield - the WAAF'S quarters were on the other side of the road to where Harry and Kay are standing. Bicycles were left against the walls and frequently stolen.
